CONSISTS OF FISHING NETS & WIRES WITH BUOYS FOULED ON THE SEABED, BUT EXTENDING TOWARDS THE SURFACE. EXACT CLEARANCE UNKNOWN. (STM HELDER, HN DTD 4.12.98). INS AS OBSTN (NO DEPTH SPECIFIED). BR STD. HH208/400/04 INS AS OBSTN USC 70MTRS. CB DECISION ON DEPTH. - NM 4320/99. HH208/181/02 12.3.01 OBSTN LOCATED IN 5343.936N, 0519.987W [WGD] DURING ANNUAL INSPECTION OF PIPELINE. CONSISTS OF PREVIOUSLY LAID CONCRETE MATS (6MTRS BY 3MTRS) WHICH HAVE BEEN DISTURBED BY FISHING ACTIVITY TOGETHER WITH CAUGHT UP FISHING GEAR. MATS WERE PLACED 1998 OVER EXTENSIVE FISHING DEBRIS ATTACHED TO THE PIPELINE. NOW DISTURBED ENOUGH TO SHOW A 1MTR HT. (J P KENNY LTD, FAX DTD 8.3.01). RETAIN AS OBSTN USC 70MTRS IN REVISED POSN. BR STD. HH208/181/02 8.1.04 OBSTNS HAVE NOW BEEN ROCK DUMPED TO A MAX HT OF 1.5MTRS ABOVE THE SEABED. (J P KENNY LTD, LTR DTD 17.12.03). AMEND OBSTN 73MTRS. BR STD.
