VESSEL WAS TAKEN IN TOW AND ABANDONED AS A CONSTRUCTIVE TOTAL LOSS OFF KUWAIT 7 DAYS LATER. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY AMBROSE SHIPPING ENTERPRISE CO., VESSEL WAS ON PASSAGE MARINA DI CARRARA TO KUWAIT WITH GENERAL CARGO, INCLUDING ELECTRICAL GOODS & BUILDINGS APPLIANCES. (MSD)
