CARGO IS BARRELS OF ?PAINT THINNERS. NOT A DELIBERATE SINKING AND WELL ENCRUSTED. (B LUGG, CKR CONSUTING ENGINEERS, EMAIL DTD 31.7.12). WAIT FURTHER DIVE DETAILS. NCA. SEP 2012/000170071 21.8.12 DIVED AGAIN 17.8.12. DIMENSIONS MATCH ALMOST EXACTLY. ALL DETAILS SHOWN IN PICTURES WERE PRESENT: THE BASIC SHAPE, SIX UPPERDECK DRAINAGE OPENINGS, FOUR VERTICAL PIPES IN FRONT OF THE BRIDGE, THE TRAPEZOIDAL CUT-OUT AT THE BOW, ANCHORS, MASTS, TWO HOLDS AND OTHER FEATURES WERE PRESENT AND CORRECT.
