MASTER REPORTED AN ENGINE PROBLEM AND HE DECIDED TO TAKE SHELTER TO RECTIFY THE DEFECT. WHILST TAKING SHELTER ALL POWER WAS LOST. BOTH CABLES PARTED AND THE VESSEL DRIFTED ASHORE.
