VESSEL, BUILT 1953, BY SCHIFFSW. H. RANCKE, HAMBURG. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY CARSTEN REHDER. SANK AFTER TAKING IN WATER THROUGH BROKEN HATCHES IN STORMY WEATHER, WHILST ON PASSAGE MO-I-RANA FOR AMSTERDAM AND BREMEN. CREW OF 11 RESCUED BY NORWEGIAN RESCURE CUTTER AMBASSADOR BAY. (LL, FEB'65 & MSD).
