PASSAGE SWANSEA FOR ROUEN. WAS SEEN PASSING THE LIZARD AND THEN VANISHED. BROKEN LIFEBOATS WERE WASHED UP, ONE AT SCILLY THE OTHER AT LAND'S END. (SIBI).
