HH242/460/01 8.12.89 HH242/460/01 8.12.89 NOW REPD AS 16 LIGHTERS SUNK TO FORM A WAVE BREAK ON LINE OF PREVIOUS SALTING EDGE OFF THE N COAST OF HORSEY IS. EACH LIGHTER IS 25MTRS LONG, 6.4MTRS WIDE AND STAND 2.55MTRS HIGH. THEY HAVE BEEN SET AT SAME LEVEL AS SALTINGS, IE TO JUST SUBMERGE ON SPRING TIDES. (NATIONAL RIVERS AUTHORITY, 21.11.89).
