LIES N/S. APPARENTLY A WK WHEN M/B PROFILES COMPARED WITH THOSE OF NEARBY ROCK PATCHES. (THV GALATEA, ROS DTD 13.7.11). PROBABLY SEABED ROCK FEATURE. FOR FILING ONLY. NCA. SEP 2016/000091765 28.10.16 NOT LOCATED IN M/B SURVEY. (MMT, HI 1500). AMEND DEAD.

Circumstances of loss

TOOK WATER, LOST ALL POWER AND STARTED TO SINK. CREW RECOVERED BY HELICOPTER BUT ATTEMPT TO LOWER A PUMP WAS ABORTED. SANK WHILE UNDER TOW FROM FISHERIES PROTECTION VESSEL. (WWW.BBC.CO.UK).
