CAPSIZED WHILE UNDER TOW OF M TUG 'STEVIN SHA'M'. WAS PUT AGROUND BUT SUBSEQUENTLY DRIFTED DUE TO HEAVY WEATHER AND SANK 20M E OF QATAR. (MSD).
