VESSEL, A CONVERTED LCT, CAPSIZED IN BAD WEATHER IN ZAKUM OILFIELD, WHILE ON PASSAGE RAS AL KHAIMAH TO DAS ISLAND. VESSEL WAS BEING TOWED STILL CAPSIZED TO DUBAI WHEN TOW WAS ABANDONED DUE TO WEATHER AND VESSEL SANK OFF DUBAI PORT AREA. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY STRAITS MARITIME OF SINGAPORE.
