LIES APPROX E/W PARALLEL TO THE SHORE. (UNDERMARINE OPS, 5.3.72) 9.9.75 THIS WK WAS FIRST THOUGHT TO BE THE GAMBHIRA, SUNK 8.12.39, AS A BLOCKSHIP BUT THE GHAMBIRA (NOTE CORRECT SPELLING) WAS REFLOATED 15.8.43 AND TOWED TO LIVERPOOL BAY, & SUNK 15.10.43 FOR USE AS A TARGET (?ASDIC).
