BUOY WILL BE CHANGED TO ISOLATED DANGER BUOY [UNLIT] ON 4.11.86. (TORQUAY HBR MASTER, TELECON, 3.11.86). INS AS WK USC 8MTRS WITH ISOLATED DANGER BUOY CLOSE E. - NM 3564/86.
