EX-OKA. BUILT IN 1888 BY PALMERS & CO, NEWCASTLE-UPON-TYNE. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY ASSOCIATED OIL TANKERS LTD. TWO BOILERS, TRIPLE EXPANSION ENGINE OF 351 NHP, SINGLE SHAFT. PASSAGE LONDON FOR NEWPORT NEWS. STRANDED IN THICK FOG IN SW GALE AND HEAVY RAIN. ALL CREW RECOVERED. BROKE IN TWO, THE FWD PART BEING REFLOATED. (SIBI).
