NOT ON APPROACH TO HBR OR IN AREA WHERE VESSELS LIKELY TO ANCHOR. (TYNE CG, TELECON). NOT LIKELY TO BE A HAZARD. (TYNE HBR MASTER, TELECON). NFA. HH090/796/01 6.1.98 NOT LOCATED, DISPROVED.
