IN COLLISION WITH PANAMANIAN M BULK CARRIER 'LADY RITA' 4M S OF CAPE OTRANTO & SANK WITH 900 DRUMS OF LEAD TETRAETHYL & LEAD TETRAMETHYL. SALVAGE OPS TO REMOVE DRUMS LASTED NINE MONTHS, COMPLETED IN APRIL 1978. CREW OF 27 & TWO PASSENGERS SAFE. (MSD).
