A LARGE WK, UPRIGHT AND LYING E/W ON A SANDY SEABED IN GEN DEPTH 74MTRS. BOWS E ARE UPRIGHT WITH A SLIGHT LIST TO STBD AND FAIRLY INTACT. SIDES OF THE HULL ARE COLLAPSED OUTWARDS AND SHOW WK TO BE OF TURRET-DECK STEAMER DESIGN. THREE LARGE BOILERS IN LINE WITH A DONKEY BOILER LYING ALONGSIDE TO PORT. TRIPLE EXPANSION ENGINE. EVIDENCE OF SOME DAMAGE ALONGSIDE THE REARMOST BOILER AND ENGINE ROOM ON THE PORT SIDE, MOST PROBABLY DUE TO A TORPEDO HIT. ALMOST DEFINITELY IDENTIFIED AS THE CLAN MACNAB. (M ADES).
