DURING OROPESA SWEEP OTTER STRUCK THE BOTTOM AT 13FMS 3FT. FURTHER SEARCH WITH A/S AND E/S INDICATED PRESENCE OF SMALL RIDGE ON SEABED WHICH WAS PROBABLY THE OBSTNS REPD BY TRINITY HOUSE.
