CARGO COAL. SHELLED BY UB-39, THE VESSEL STOPPED AND CREW ABANDONED. SUBMARINE CREW BOARDED AND LOOTED THE VESSEL PRIOR TO SINKING IT WITH DEMOLITION CHARGES.
