BUILT IN 1950 BY HELISINGOR SKIBS & MSK, ELSINORE. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY THE GREEN VALE (MIDDLE EAST) PRODUCE & SHIPPING CO. PASSAGE MARSEILLE FOR ISKENDERUN. RAN AGROUND ON ROCKS OFF CERVIK, TURKEY, DUE TO BAD WEATHER AND HEAVY SEAS. THE CARGO WAS SALVED, BUT COULD NOT BE REFLOATED AND WAS ABANDONED AS A CTL. (MSD).
