CAPSIZED AND SUNK AFTER CARGO SHIFTED IN VERY HEAVY WEATHER, 54M NE OF MITSUSHIMA LT HO, TSUSHIMA. ONLY 2 CREW OF 16 WERE RESCUED AFTER THEY ALL JUMPED IN THE SEA WEARING LIFEJACKETS. (MSD).
