FOULED PROPELLER AND ANCHORED. WIND SHIFTED WHEN LIFEBOAT WAS ATTEMPTING TO CONNECT A TOW AND VESSEL STARTED TO SINK RAPIDLY. WAS ABANDONED BY CREW.
