BUILT IN 1917 BY MITSUBISHI ZOSEN KAISHA WITH TRIPLE- EXPANSION ENGINES OF 524NHP. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY LAMPORT & HOLT LINE. PASSAGE RIO GRANDE FOR LIVERPOOL. INTERCEPTED & SUNK BY GERMAN RAIDER THOR. THE CAPTAIN & SURVIVORS WERE TAKEN PRISONERS OF WAR. (DODS, LLWW2 & WRECKSITE.EU)
