28.1.76 BUILT 1953 BY G RENCK JR, AT KG HAMBURG. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY AELITA MARITIME CO. LT. RAN AGROUND ON HOHES RIFF, BORKUM ISLAND, WHILST ON PASSAGE ARKLOW FOR EMDEN. VESSEL BROKE IN TWO THE FOLLOWING DAY. NO LIVES LOST. (LL, 28.1.76 & MSD).
