LYING BOWS TO SHORE, LISTING TO STARBOARD, DECKS AWASH. (LL 249). AMEND TO STPA RADAR CONSPIC. BR STD. 19.1.84 MV DESPOULA K EVENTUALLY BROKE HER BACK & SANK WHERE GROUNDED. (LL 19.1.84).
