Surveying Details H2335/59 11.6.59 STRANDED WRECK IN PA 560306N, 023648W. (HMS EGERIA). BR STD. H1375/60 ST SHOWN ON SURVEY K2508 (HMS SCOTT 1958-59). NO MENTION IN THE REPORT OF SURVEY. H1280/75 10.3.75 REPORTED TO BE SS ELTERWATER (OF NEWCASTLE). SANK EN ROUTE ANTWERP TO GRANGEMOUTH, WITH CARGO OF PIG IRON, AFTER RUNNING ONTO CARR ROCKS. THE WRECK IS NOW COMPLETELY BROKEN UP ON FAIRLY RUGGED BOTTOM, MAKING THE WRECKAGE DIFFICULT TO FIND. DEPTH APPROX 2 TO 3 FMS. (AUTHORITY NOT NOTED). H1310/87/24 16.7.87 REPORTED TO HAVE BEEN BROKEN UP FOR SCRAP OVER PERIOD 1946-49. VERY LITTLE REMAINS. (A KNOX, 10.7.87). NO LONGER CHARTED. PRESUMABLY DELETED WHEN METRIC CHARTS COMPILED. HH091/047/01 2.1.04 NOT LOCATED. (NP 1016, HI 1047). AMEND DEAD. SEP 2021/000134234 21.6.21 NOT LOCATED IN M/B DATASET (2020). (CLINTON MARINE SURVEY AB, HI1682). NFA.
