BUILT IN 1918 BY COLUMBIA RIVER SB CORP. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY THE MINISTRY OF WAR TRANSPORT (KAYE SON & CO). TURBINE ENGINE OF 551NHP FOR 11 KNOTS. PASSAGE THE TYNE FOR PORT SULPHU. TORPEDOED AND SUNK BY A GERMAN SUBMARINE. ALL 46 HANDS WERE LOST. (DODS & WSS VOL 3).
