BUILT IN 1925. ONWED AT TIME OF LOSS BY THE CHINESE GOVERNMENT. PASSAGE SHANGHAI FOR HONG KONG UNDER TOW OF JAPANESE TUG TOKO MARU. SHELTER WAS SOUGHT IN HONGHAI BAY FROM TYPHOON RUBY. TOW BROKE AND DRIFTED ASHORE. BROKE IN TWO MIDSHIPS. ABANDONED AS A TOTAL LOSS.
