3.3.1991 BUILT IN 1980 BY ORENSTEIN & KOPPEL AG, LUBECK. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF IRAQ (STATE ORGANISATION OF IRAQI PORTS). WAS REPORTED ON 3.3.1991 TO HAVE BEEN SUNK DURING HOSTILITIES NEAR KHOR AL ZUBAIR, FOLLOWING IRAQI INVASION OF KUWAIT IN AUG'90. (MSD).
