SANK OFF COLOMBO, SRI LANKA, AFTER BEING TOWED OUT OF COLOMBO HARBOUR & ANCHORED UNDER ARREST. VESSEL HAD REPORTED ENGINE BREAKDOWN IN SEP'93. REPAIRS TOOK PLACE 14M OFF COLOMBO BUT VESSEL WAS ARRESTED FOR NON-DELIVERY OF CARGO, SHE ENTERED COLOMBO PORT ON 21.4.94 WHERE CARGO WAS DISCHARGED. (LR & MSD).
