BUILT IN 1920 BY CRAI, TAYLOR & CO. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY WORLDWIDE SS CO. TRIPLE EXPANSION ENGINE. PASSAGE MONTREAL FOR LIVERPOOL. DEVELOPED A 15 DEG LIST DURING A GALE. WAS ABANDONDED THE NEXT DAY IN A SINKING CONDITION AND MOST OF THE CREW WERE RESCUED. (DODS).
