BUILT IN 1937 BY S P AUSTIN & SON, SUNDERLAND. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY FENWICK & CO. TWO BOILERS, TRIPLE EXPANSION ENGINE OF 148HP. SINGLE SCREW. WHILE LYING IN THE CONVOY ANCHORAGE WAS STRUCK BY A PARACHUTE MINE DROPPED BY GERMAN AIRCRAFT. LATER DISPERSED. (SIBI).
