STARTED VOYAGE IN CONVOY UNTIL 17.4.40. THEN SHE WAS INTERCEPTED, SHELLED & TORPEDOED UNTIL SHE SANK BY GERMAN RAIDER ORION. 17 LOST, REST OF CREW TAKEN AS PRISONERS OF WAR BUT LATER RESCUED IN THE TROPIC SEA. (WRECKSITE.EU, DODS & LLWW2)
