BUILT IN 1874. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY A/S HEKLA. ONE BOILER, TRIPLE EXPANSION ENGINE, SINGLE SHAFT. PASSAGE BILBAO FOR THE TYNE. WAS IN COLLISION WITH SS DILKIRA, JUST S OF THE TYNE. THE MASTER TRIED TO BEACH HER BUT SHE SANK WITH THE LOSS OF 7 OF THE 17 CREW.
