SHE STRANDED ON THE SAMARANG ROCKS OFF QUELPART ISLAND, DURING ROUGH WEATHER. 18 OF 537 CREW WERE DROWNED AS WATER FLOODED STOKEHOLD. ARMED WITH 14 6IN GUNS, 9 12PDR, 3PDR AND 2T.T. (DODS)
