SAME AREA SOUNDED WITH LINES 375FT APART & MAJORITY OF THE AREA WITH LINES HALF THIS SPACING. SEARCH WITH BOTH ASDICS WAS MADE IN 2 DIRECTIONS. TIME DID NOT PERMIT THE COMPLETION OF THE CLOSE SOUNDING. CONSIDERED THAT WK DOES NOT LIE WITHIN 5C OF GIVEN POSN. RECOMMEND WK REMAIN UNCHARTED. (HMS EGERIA). AMENDED TO DEAD. NCA. H5499/69 6.1.71 NOT LOCATED. THERE IS A SMALL BOTTOM FEATURE IN 514731N, 014006E [OGB], PROBABLY A SMALL DEPRESSION IN WHICH THE WK COULD BE BURIED. SHOULD BE RE-EXAMINED. (HMS FAWN). NCA. H3180/74 29.9.75 SEARCHED FOR BY TRANSIT SONAR BUT NO CONTACTS OBTAINED. (HMS ENTERPRISE, HI 10/75). NCA. H3180/74 25.1.79 NO INDICATION OF THIS WK FOUND DURING BASIC SOUNDING. (HMS ECHO, HI 60/78).
