BOMBED BY GERMAN A/C AND SUNK DURING EVACUATION OF BEF FROM DUNKIRK. WAS CARRYING BETWEEN 250 AND 300 TROOPS IN ADDITION TO HER CREW AND MOST WERE LOST. (DODS).
