10.3.77 BUILT IN 1955. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY CHINESE MARITIME TRANSPORT. PASSAGE SINGAPORE FOR PORT MORESBY. RAN AGROUND IN THE SUNDA SEA ON ANGELICA SHOAL (PASIR LAYARAN). AFTER BEING STUCK ON BOARD FOR TWO WEEKS, THE CREW RADIOED FOR HELP WHEN THE SHIP LISTED IN HEAVY SEAS. SHE WAS EVENTUALLY ABANDONED ON 10.3.77. (MSD).
