POSN 503900N, 001400E FOR FILING ONLY. [SEE ALSO WK [20424] IN 503935N, 001250E]. H4959/73 15.4.75 NOT LOCATED BY DCS3 AND SOUNDING WITH E/S TYPE 772. NOT FOUND DURING AREA SWEEP. NO CLOSE SEARCH. GENERAL SEA BED DEPTH BY E/S 30MTRS. (HMS BEAGLE, HI 55/74). AMENDED TO DEAD. SEP 2015/000083466 10.2.16 NOT SEEN IN M/B DATASET. (HI 1477, GARDLINE GEOSURVEY). NFA.

VESSEL, BUILT IN 1929 BY HELSINGBORGS VARFS & SVETSNINGS AKTIEB. AND OWNED AT THE TIME OF LOSS BY A/B TRANSMARIN, SANK FOLLOWING A COLLISION WITH ITALIAN SS 'LITERNO' 7M SW OF BEACHY HEAD WHILE ON PASSAGE SWANSEA TO SUNDSVALL. (DODS).
