(AUTHORITY NOT STATED). NCA. H2112/73 28.5.54 REPORT DTD 28.5.54. THE WRECKAGE INITIALLY SANK ON SECCA DEL MONACO, THEN SLIPPED TO ITS FOOT. IT DID NOT GIVE A GOOD SONAR CONTACT BECAUSE THE SEARCH WAS OBSTRUCTED BY A STRONG NOISE FROM THE BOTTOM, & ECHOES FROM THE COASTLINE. TOO DEEP TO CHART. NCA. SEP 2011/000033569 21.2.11 NDW(PA) IN 3836.8N, 1547.5E [MOD]. (ITALIAN NM 2/12/11). [WGD] POSN: 3836.798N, 1547.502E. NCA.
