NCA. 15.12.87 NOT FOUND DURING E/S SURVEY CARRIED OUT NOV '87, PRIOR TO LAYING CABLE. (CABLE & WIRELESS, CHELMSFORD, TELECON). NCA. AMEND DEAD.
