Circumstances of loss
Metal-hulled vessel aground in shallow water. Above surface. From online source visittci.com: Originally rig support vessel Fort Shevenko(1953) decommissioned 1992. Renamed La Famille Express under Panamanian flag in 1999, served as regional freighter in Carribean. Cast aground in her current position during hurricane Frances in 2004 after being dragging anchor from south Dock, TCI area.
