OWNERS REPORT VESSEL A CONSTRUCTIVE TOTAL LOSS. 7 WORKERS WERE KILLED FROM TOXIC GAS WHILE DISCHARGING THE ROTTING CARGO. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY MALTEZA MARITIME CO, S.A. (MSD)
