VESSEL SANK AT SOUTHERN END OF GOLDEN WHARF, LYNESS, ORKNEY AFTER BAD WEATHER. HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY ORDERED TO MOVE BY LOCAL AUTHORITIES FROM STROMNESS AFTER BEING ARRESTED. PROBABLY SANK DUE TO NEGLECT. WAS PREVIOUSLY USED AS A DIVING BOAT.
