EX-CIUDAD DE INCA '53, EX-PEPITA '30S. BUILT IN 1858 IN BADALONA, SPAIN. TWIN 6 CYLINDER OIL ENGINES OF 175 BHP EACH. STRUCK ROCKS CLOSE W OF PENTIRE POINT IN NW WIND AND ENGINE FAILED TO START. 14 ON BOARD, 5 RESCUED BY LOCAL BOAT, 6 MADE OWN WAY ASHORE. 1 BODY RECOVERED, 2 MISSING. THE MASTER WAS CONVICTED OF MANSLAUGHTER. (MRCC FALMOUTH & WIKI).
