LIKELY THAT THE DEBRIS FORMED PART OF A SHIP'S CARGO PRIOR TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE FORBES FACILITIES. DEBRIS COVERS AN AREA APPROX 14 BY 9MTRS AND STANDS APPROX 2MTRS HIGH. CONSISTS OF STRIPS AND BARS OF WROUGHT IRON AND REPRESENTS A SIGNIFICANT SNAGGING HAZARD TO FV.
