VESSEL, BUILT 1971, WAS POSTED MISSING AFTER FAILING TO REPORT HER POSITION AND SEARCHES FAILED TO LOCATE HER. THE VESSEL HAD PREVIOUSLY REPORTED ENGINE TROUBLE WHEN IN 394500N, 432000W. HALF SUBMERGED LIFEBOAT LATER RECOVERED. VESSEL BELIEVED TO HAVE SUNK FOLLOWING SEVERE WEATHER. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY OURANOS SHIPPING CO., S.A.. (MSD).
