FRENCH MV 'NEREE', BUILT 1954, CAPSIZED & SANK OFF CHERBOURG AFTER A HATCH HAD BEEN WASHED AWAY & SHE DEVELOPED A HEAVY LIST DUE TO CARGO OF COAL SHIFTING. EN ROUTE SWANSEA TO CAEN. 6 LIVES WERE LOST. (LL OCT 1965).
