BARGES IN TOW OF TUG STEPHANIE GROUNDED WITH TUG ON ROCKY POINT, BELIZE WHILST ON PASSAGE ORANGE WALK FOR BELIZE. TUG AND BARGE NO.18 WERE SUBSEQUENTLY REFLOATED, BUT BARGES NO.1 (135TONS SUGAR) & NO.12 (128TONS SUGAR) HAD TAKEN WATER AND REMAINED AGROUND. (LL).
