VESSEL, BUILT 1977 BY SALAMIS SHIPYARDS S.A., SALAMIS. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY PELASGOS MARITIME CO. ON PASSAGE FROM VALENCIA FOR PIRAEUS. SANK PRESUMABLY DUE TO STRONG WAVE. FIFTEEN CREW MEMBERS ON BOARD, OF WHOM THREE RESCUED, SEVEN RECOVERED DEAD & FIVE MISSING. (MSD).
