SEIZED BY TUNISIAN NAVAL AUTHORITIES FOR ALLEDGEDLY FISHING IN TUNISIAN WATERS IN VIOLATION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN ITALY & TUNISIA. ACCORDING TO THE SKIPPER THE VESSEL WAS IN INTERNATIONAL WATERS AT THE TIME. CREW RADIOED FOR HELP & ITALIAN POLICE BOAT 'TODARO' ARRIVED. THE TUNISIANS ATTEMPTED TO MANOEUVRE 'ROSA GRANCITANO' AROUND THE POLICE BOAT BUT COLLIDED & SANK. CREW SAFE. (LL).
